Q: Do you accept walk in appointments?

A. No walk-ins are accepted. All appointments must be booked in advance because we value our time together.

Q: What do I bring to my appointment?

A:  Nothing. This is a discovery call to get to know you and your tax situation and see if we are a great fit. For smoother process and if we do decide to go through together, Please have All State IDs and Social Security cards (including spouse and children). Please provide any and all 1099s provided by any companies and/or the 1098 form for either student loan interest or tuition handy. Please make sure to bring cash to pay for tax preparation fees in the event you are unable to pay out of your return.

Q: What if I didn't receive the items above?

A: The companies that generated these statements (your employer(s), bank(s), etc. should still have your W2s, 1099s, etc. on file and should be able to get them to you within a reasonable time frame.

Q: What if I do not receive my W2s, 1099s, etc. prior to my appointment date?

No worries! We can put you in our VIP secured client portal already and when you have received your documents, you can easily upload it into your portal. We have an app to make things easier for you to upload your forms every year! Have you booked your appointment? Please note: As soon as we receive your documents the clock will start (within 72 Hours your taxes will be ready for review and signed) Can be within the hour depending on the complexity of your taxes.

Q: Once I have my W2s and 1099s, how do I send them to you?

A: You will be given an invite to my secure client portal to create an account in just a few easy steps. Don't forget to download our app. This allows me access to your information on my secured platform so that you can safely send and receive information. For your security, please do not email or text any personal information. I take your identity and privacy very seriously.

Q: How can I be sure that I will receive a refund?

A: EVERYONE DOES NOT GET A REFUND. Everyone must file a tax return whether they receive a refund or not. I will assist you in maximizing your refund based upon filing status eligibility and limits implemented by the government.

Q. Can I pay my tax preparation fees out of my return?

A. Yes, you can pay your fees out of your FEDERAL tax refund. However, if you want to pay upfront you can choose to do so. Please be aware bank fees are applicable for all tax refunds starting at $39.95. If you choose to pay upfront via card, merchant fees of 2.9% + $0.30 are applicable. Unfortunately we do not do monthly plans at the moment. You can choose to pay through Zelle, which is free of charge!

Q. When can I expect to hear an update?

A. Contact will be made within 72 business hours for any and all updates. Once I have all documents needed, your return will be completed. I will be completing a thorough check of all information provided so that I can ensure you are getting a maximized experience. Note: The average refund is received within 21 days but can vary due to credits and government regulations. Q. How will I receive my refund?

A. You must have a bank routing and account number to receive your refund.10. Q. Do you offer refund advance?
